Due to heavy volume of calls, if you are placed into the voice mail system, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Cindy Capps – Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Court Department and Court System, plans, maintains and updates the court docket, prepares correspondence for the judge, handles initial appearance proceedings in judge’s absence, keeps accounts of ticket books, and prepares court paperwork.  She may be reached at 662-342-3539 or ccapps@hornlake.org

We can only accept checks with the defendants name on the check.  We do not accept out of state checks or checks on a business account.  Only cash or a money order is accepted from anyone charged with failure to appear.

We now accept credit card payments for your bonds and fines.
