Horn Lake is a fast growing City in Desoto County with a population of almost 25,000.

I am very proud of being elected the fourth Mayor for Horn Lake and look forward to bringing this City forward as a progressive and thriving City during my term.

We have an excellent staff that serves this City and they are here to serve you, the citizens.

My office is opened from Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  I have an “open door” policy, which means I try to be available should you need to come by but there are times that I am in meetings or out of the office so I would suggest you try and schedule an appointment with my assistant, Frances Williams, so I may be sure and have the time to discuss whatever issue you may have.
