Citizens of Horn Lake, we regret to inform you that our Utility Drive-Thru Lane will be temporarily closed beginning Friday, August 11^th due to the renovations of City Hall building.  This is to ensure the safety of our citizens, contractors, and employees due to all the construction traffic in that area.  We are uncertain as to the timeframe of the closure at this time, but we expect at least 8 to 12 weeks and could be longer.  Will update as we know more of the progress of the renovations.

Our Planning Departments permitting has also moved to the Reception Desk in the Main Lobby of City Hall.
