1. Approval of minutes for May 20, 2025, Mayor and Board of Aldermen meeting.
2. Request to promote Fire Lieutenant I/Paramedic J. Powell to Fire Lieutenant II/Paramedic at a rate of $22.76 per hour, effective June 8, 2025.
3. Request to approve and pay Estimate No. 4 in the amount of $234,242.42 to Trey Construction on the Twin Lakes Water Improvements project.
4. Request permission for S. Boxx to attend 2025 WEFTEC Conference 09-27 to 10-01-2025 in Chicago, IL as a delegate for DCRUA at no cost to the City.
5. Request to approve and pay Estimate No. 2 in the amount of $36,405.27 to Landmark Construction General Contractor Inc for the Meadowbrook Water Treatment Plant Improvements project.
6. Request to approve and pay Estimate No 2 in the amount of $69,037.93 to Landmark Construction General Contractor Inc for the Hurt Rd Water Treatment Plant Improvements project.
7. Request to hire the following seasonal contract workers at $10.00 per hour effective June 6, 2025: T. Smith, A. Cryer, J. Romero, J. Smith, J. Pounders, L Partee, and S. Geraci.
8. Request approval for use of Latimer Park Sat. June 28,2025 by Q. Cooper for a Field Day for adults and children.
9. Request to approve a check for $300.00 to be cut to Dizzy Dean Baseball Inc for 4 team entries to all stars.
10. No call/No show termination of C. Tapia in Animal Control Department effective May 23, 2025.
11. Request to approve budget transfer in police department.
12. Request approval for FCA Golf Scramble in the amount of $600.00 to be paid with hotel/motel tax proceeds, finding that said event promotes the attributes of the City and/or promotes the City’s tourism or economic development.
13. Approve and accept donations for May 2025 to the Animal Shelter in the amount of $11,131.38.

14. Authorize to adjust utility bill individual itemized list for May 2025 in the amount of  

              $9,286.96 and for any reductions finding the bill was unreasonably increased because of     

           unforeseen circumstances and that the customer did not receive the benefit of the service.

15. Approve budget transfer in Code Department.
16. Request to approve and authorize an amendment to the Holly Hills Water Treatment Plant Upgrade project (165-2-DW-5.15) application for grant funds from MDEQ through the Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant Program, transferring $ 679,000.00 of MCWI Grant Funds from the Holly Hills Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project to the Shadow Oaks/Dunbarton Drainage Project.
