James R. (Jim) Walthall
(1939-2008)
It is our sad duty to announce the death
of Mr. James R. (Jim) Walthall on May 7, 2008. Former
Alderman Walthall served the city for 24 years. (1973-1997)
His service, dedication to helping others
and civic minded nature will be missed in our community. Our
sympathy goes out to his family during this most difficult
time.
