ACCIDENT REPORTS

Accident reports are usually ready 24-hours after the occurrence. Accident reports can be obtained by any party involved in the accident or an insurance company representing any party to the accident.

There is a fee of $10.00 for the 1st page and $2.00 for each additional page of the accident report if purchased at our facility.  There is a $25.00 flat rate fee if purchased online.

Request for a report may be made at our facility (3101 Goodman Rd., Horn Lake, MS), or online at www.reportbeam.com, for accidents that occurred before September 9th, 2019.  Click on the Public Access link and then choose Horn Lake Police Department under the state of Mississippi.

For accident reports that were taken on September 9th, 2019 or after, purchase can be made online at https://www.ms.gov/dps/crash_reports.

Home Watch Form

If you are going on vacation or out of town for some other reason, call H.L.P.D. and have your home put on our watch list.

Patrol officers will check on your home while you are out of town. Complete the Home Watch Form, it contains the information we need to process the request for the home watch program.

Once you have completed the information you can submit it as follows:

Having the most up-to-date emergency contact information for all commercial businesses that the City of Horn Lake serves is very important. When emergencies occur or alarms are activated, dispatcher's need to know who to call right away. If you are a business owner, please print out the Commercial/Business Emergency Contact Form. Fill out the form and return it to the Horn Lake Police Department Communications Center or mail it to the Horn Lake Police Department Operations Division at 3101 Goodman Rd, Horn Lake  MS,  38637.
